You mispelled your email address

I'm sorry you are having problems.

The registration page states you must enter your email address that you used when you ordered, and that can be found on your Installation Instructions email you received and downloaded from.

I sent an email to your address last night that you purchased from with this insight when I saw you were failing when you tried to register.

Please post back here so we all know you are up and running.
