Thanks for your reply. You're always willing to help. I have called a computer guru who got my sound recording to work. AOL still does not work, but that's a different problem.

I can't blame on Sound Canvas, but that was only my suspicion, since when I tried to install on my laptop Microsoft gave me a warning.

I did try restoring point, but no dates and time worked.
I did use only the original Sound Canvas CD.
I have contacted EDIROL via e-mail, but it has been over one week, and no answer. I guess I have to call them.

Thanks again. At least I have it on one of my computers.
