1. Don't think Sound Canvas is the problem, looks like you have major problems with your computer with XP OP System you need to address First.
2. Did you try using a restore point?
3. Sound Canvas Box does not list XP. only Win98/ME/2000
4. Sound Canvas needs to be installed from the Original CD.
