PAID, but no link to download

Has this happened to anyone? Yesteray I paid for microstudio hoping to download and install the software right away, a day has passed now and I still haven't received my link, even though I have received a confirmation of order #11000.

obviously I am eager to try out my purchase, I've made 5 calls from London but never managed to speak to a real person.

ARGH! Can anyone hear me?

Save your money on those telephone calls!

Yesterday was Saturday, normally; MTU processes orders Monday thru Friday. This being a holiday weekend, (in America) you may not get your download instructions until Tuesday. In any event, that’s just around the corner.

I assume you mean yesterday was Sunday but I get what you mean, thanks for the tip about the holiday, I'll sit tight another day.
