JilliamH,
You probably have a download accelerator on your computer. Download accelerators break a file into many pieces to download that file faster. In doing so, they eat up all of your 8 downloads and fail to deliver the complete program. My suggestion is to disable any download accelerator, contact MTU by email for another download link, and try it again. This should solve your problem.
