Can't Install Microstudio

I order the software to be delivered over the internet. I was sent the link and code. The link saved the .exe file for me but when I click on the .exe file it starts the install process but doesn't do anything but set there like it's frozen.

Please help
Thanks

You may have gotten a corrupted download. Have you tried deleting that .exe file and downloading fresh?

Also, if you have a download accellerator program installed, disable it before trying again. They can play havoc with downloads, and are notorious for eating up the number of downloads available in a link.

Take care,
George

Won't Install

I still can't get microstudio to install on my computer. It still gets to one point and just stalls. I did have the demo installed and it worked fine. Any help would be appreciated.

I would agree with George. Redownload the program and try again.

Also make sure you have all the Windows Updates installed on your system. You can do this by connecting to the Internet, Click the Start Menu, Windows Update.

Which Demo version did you have installed the new 2.506 or the older 2.400 version?
