ERROR LOAD DISC COMMAND FAILED

PLAYER WILLPLAY AND COPY REGULAR AUDIO DISC. WILL NOT PLAY OR COPY KARAOKE. I HAVE READ AND TRIE EVERYTHREAD.HOPE SOME ONE CAN HELP. THANKS FOR YOUR REPLYS.
