download link
Last night I ordered microstudio 2.4 online and selected internet delivery. However, the instructions for download do not include the link necessary. Please help!

be patient MTUsupport will get to it and fix it. Understand that it is a holiday weekend. That said you are going to enjoy the program once you get it.

glennadam, I pulled up your download email and the link is there. If it does not work, your email program may have broken it over 2 lines. Copy from http://......ERG (getting the actual link) and paste it in your browser. It will work.

thank you for the help, however when I accessed the down load link, it said all my down loads were used up. still empty handed! please help!

When you receive your new download link make sure you turn off or disable any download accelerator you may have running in the background. If you have a download accelerator running while you download from MTU, the accelerator will use all you downloads at once.

Please turn off your download accelerator!
Glennadam, I have sent you a new download link. If you have your accelerator still running when you click the download link, as jddams wrote, it will instantly consume all 8 download attempts and fail to deliver even one!

Thanks for explaining what was wrong so we could solve it for you!
