Hoster Locking up

Bryan, 4 times on Fri. night and 6 times on Sat. night. The song will be playing , then the video goes,then the music goes, then in a few seconds the music will come back,but no video. When the song is finished , you end up with a blank screen.?????Also could you tell me how to copy drive d to drive c , it seems that while my wife and I were coping cdg's we didn't always use no.1 therefore my back up is not correct.I would like to use my laptop this weekend if you can help me solve these problems.
