Have You Tried a Spread Sheet??
Sometimes it works for me that I highlight the text, I push
CNTRL-C for copy. Then I open a spread sheet, I push CNTRL-V for paste Once it's in a SpreadSheet, Sorting could be done for any category, as long as each category is represented in a separate column.
