The screen starts to load and is corrupted colours are missing then the first screen of text starts appearing over the title screen. The music seemed to play ok but I didn\'t listen far in as the screen was already corrupt from the very beginning. The tracks I looked at were loaded from a disc and imported as KMA. I\'ve attempted uploading screen shots if it helps. The first 2 JPG 8161 and 8162 are the corrupted ones. The others 8163 and 8164 is what it should look like, and does on the HP laptop, if that helps?

I think it’s a graphics driver problem.
You could first try making changes under your display settings or if you have accelerated graphics Try some different settings like turning accelerated graphics off if that is supported on your machine. Which brand of graphics are on the Dell? You could go to the Dell Update and check for upgraded driver. If you have Nvidea, ATI or Radeon graphics try going direct to their web site and check for updated drivers.

If you remember we had something like this happen and it was later found to be because of the new Gen8 processor. If I remember correctly, it took a change to Hoster to compensate and you have to upgrade to correct it. Bryan knows the whole story. You may need to contact him!

Yes Kod, I did look that up in the frequently asked questions before posting Link here: (http://help.mtu.com/support/solution...age-of-lyrics-)
but Sharons Dell computer is CPU 4415U 2.30GHz which is not an 8th generation. No harm in her trying to update her graphics card first. I remember having this same problem myself with Sunfly and Nutech brands, can’t remember what I did to correct it but pretty sure I changed the graphics driver. I also tried version 5.40 that Sharon has.
