Since Microsoft Is Giving Away Windows 10 Free I Would Like Upgrade To It, But I Would Like To Know About Your Experience With Windows 10 You Guys Who Have Hoster 5.10. I Don't Want To Upgrade To Newer Version. I Am Not Spending More In It For Now.

I don't believe there are any compatibility issues but make sure you remove Hoster before the upgrade and reinstall after the upgrade. Some have reported that failing to do this caused Hoster to look at this as a new computer. You would then have to contact MTU and try to get your registration code reset. You may also have to update your video and audio drivers but Windows released an updated version of Win 10 about last October and it included many more drivers. Make sure when you remove Hoster you remove it from the "install version" you have while online and not by using Windows Uninstall! This way it will communicate with the MTU server and know that you removed it. Then you should have no problem re-installing. Good luck!

Re: Windows 10 Vs Hoster 5.10

Too many hassles using pc or laptop. upgrades, updates, uninstalling and contacting MTU to reinstall. I think I will consider using CAVS. Windows and its updates is messing up my system specifically my video card, it is not working anymore as it was in the beginning reading all the karaoke formats I had in my pc but with the famous updates it messed the vob format and now I am not able to play back video in that format, it plays back only the audio.

Thank you WaltR.

Did you see if there is a new driver for you video card. I had advised of this on my previous post. If there is a new driver most likely it will solve your problem.
