Unable to make compilations - cause was cheap media!

Thanks for the info KJZONE. I have, in the past, been able to copy individual tracks from Sound Choice discs with MediaCloq and reassemble them on my Sony CRX 140E. Interestingly, I bought a new disc last week (SC 8706) that I expected to do the same thing with but no dice. None of my drives, including the Sony, can even read this disc let alone copy it and it won't play on my Panasonic DVD/CDG 555 player either. I can only use it on an old portable player I picked up from the Singing Machine Company on which it plays perfectly. Go figure!!
