OK Roy.

I don't know how that showed up in the genre column. Certainly not an acapella song. I had been looking in the genre edit box in the center of the edit song page which was showing unknown. Figured whatever current genre that was previously set would show up there.

At any rate am now going to open all the plus marks. Hade figured of one of the plus marks had been checked, then the total genre box would somehow indicate this. Learning curve lol.

I will report back after a few minutes of checking there.

I thought I did uncheck the Use Exclude checkbox, but now am going to check all of this.

In the meantime another thought occurred to me. I do have both a user and an administrator area setup within windows. Since I am the only user on this laptop I was not concerned which user was active whenever I input new songs from cd or any other hoster function, especially since all my songs are input to the same external drive. I am wondering if the Hoster database gets confused whenever I change back and forth from the user to the Administrator environment.
