I suggest that in addition to your post here, you send an email directly to MTU explaining your predicament as this is not a tech support problem. Evidently there seems to be something wrong between your email address and the one on record at MTU. Perhaps the only way to solve this it is by sending a copy of your invoice to MTU. I am sure they can solve the problems real quick. Those guys and gals are on top of the ball. Good luck Jon |
