Folder stops processing when I try to add new folder
Trying to get Microstudio 4.30 set up to use for the first time. When I designate the folder I want to use It starts processing files and stops at 30531 of 34063. then pauses for about 30 seconds and says "successfully added 30531 files".
Do I have a corrupt file that is stopping this process and if so how do I figure out what file it is? Thansk, Running Windows 8.1, AMD 6 core processor with 16GB of Ram and 600Gb of free hard drive space. |

Re: Folder stops processing when I try to add new folder
First off have you tried pressing the Refresh button ?
If it still occurs after that does this folder contain multiple subfolders and if so do you have the Sub folders column ticked in the folders list ?

Re: Folder stops processing when I try to add new folder
It seems to have this problem with any folder that contains .zip files.

Re: Folder stops processing when I try to add new folder
This does not involve sub folders, and yes I have hit the refresh button. It will process any folder that does not include zip files.

Re: Folder stops processing when I try to add new folder
Are your zip files in separate folders from other types ?
Are you saying it isn't processing any zip files ? If it's not processing any can you attach one to your post for us to try ?

Re: Folder stops processing when I try to add new folder
The .zip files are mixed in with non zip files. It isn't processing any zip file and I have tried to attach two different zip files to this thread and it gets to 100 percent uploaded and then says the upload failed. I have tried uploading two different zip files.
