Windows not starting

I finally got the error report from window not starting.
It start with Driver IRQL not less or equal

Blue screen suggest disabling bios memory such as caching or
shadowing.

ACPI syss-address f8472663 base at F8448000 date stamp 3b7d8550.

This only happens when I shut the computer completely down
for a long time and after I have used the micro-studio program
to copy cd+g's. Usually at some point during the burning process there is a driver error screen. It is almost like
the micro-studio program is unstable.

All of this started with micro-studio, so I am just guessing that
the problem is here. As long as keep my computer on stand-by
windows xp starts up fine.
