Import Error with SC Gem Series Discs

I have loaded the 30 songs from disc to a desktop file. When trying to import to Hoster after selecting KMA MP3-G, and the file location. It shows the songs in the top list. Then I get to "you are about to import 30 songs, do you wish to continue?" I click on yes. Very quickly it says, new songs 0. Any help?

Re: Import Error with SC Gem Series Discs

Are you referring to importing these tracks via the Import Songs menu/Index song files which brings you to Index Hard Drive files dialog ?

If so I've never seen the message "Very quickly it says, new songs 0"

Are you referring to the "New release Count" window next to the index files button ?

If so have you ticked the boxes in the left SEL column (Select), after ticking these boxes or the select all tick box the Staus column should change to Ready, after selecting Index files button status column should change to Imported. In this process a small dialog should show it importing those songs, then the new release count should update.
