Re: Error
I know you said no playlists but I'm wondering still if it has anything to do with the Project path that you don't see as it is set in the registry.
When you open Hoster right at the very top above the file menu is a Hoster icon with the Project path name, default is "def0xx.hst". but it could be anything with a .hst extension. If this has become corrupted in the registry it may have something to do with the problem. So note the name for this, Now from the file menu select "Save AS" in the folder that opens, Default path should be "C:\ProgramData\mtu.com\Hoster" do you see that same folder name ? If so select it so that it appears in the file name window then save, if you selected the name from the list it will bring up a box saying already exists do you want to replace, select yes. This will reset the registry for this path which is your current playlist. If you don't see that file name in the window then type one in and save it anyway. Don't know if this will help but may be worth a try.

Re: Error
Tried it Roy. No go. It finally stopped on me again the other day. Tried everything I could think of and finally had to delete and re-install. Immediately after re-installing I made a back up copy of the other files. Next time it gives me that red ERROR I'm going to experiment with replacing the files to see if I can narrow down the problem. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks, Kelly |

Re: Error
Just thought I'd let you know, another user had a problem with this red playlist error and it turned out to be the sound card.
You can read his post here: http://forum.mtu.com/showthread.php?t=13435
