Re: trouble upgrading

thanks roy as always you are mtu's most valuable asset. I think if it were not for your timley advice i would have ditched hoster altogether years ago. not that it isn't a great product but their tech support is less than adequate. ok here is an update i am finaly able to connect to hoster again. it was a router problem so as i have posted on a different thread. I bought a new upgrade and paid for it of course, on sunday. It took the money, told me the item was shipped, i downloaded it and then when i tried to install it guess what? It said my upgrade was expired. How is my upgrade expired when i just bought it? ok so it was sunday perhaps the server that updates the expiration dates is off on sundays? But wait, here it is monday at 627 pm EST. and I still can't install the upgrade. because the server still tells me that my upgrade has expired. This is extremely frustrating Roy. These people are software geniuses but they cant seem to get their servers to do a simply update on expiration dates even when you pay them to. Yes i am pissed. This has happened way too many times.I am not sure if you can do anything about it but someone has to give these folks a kick in the ass to get them to fix this problem for good.
