Video Issue

Two weeks ago, I purchased FixCleaner and installed it. Up to that point everything seemed to be working fine (with the exception of the on-going audio skipping problem). I went to work that night and started experiencing a problem. Seems that now, when I do a search for a song, the singer's display and the laptop display flashes for just about 1 second then returns to normal. It's very annoying to me and the singers so I uninstalled FixCleaner and the problem persists. It seems to be random and frequent and occurs when I input a singer's song as well. Anyone else having this problem?

If this problem only came about after installing Fixcleaner, I would try system restore to a time prior to installing it.
