The duplicate came out perfect. If the rest of them do the same, I'd say that you have solved it!!!

What solved it?:

MTUSUPPORT
What you need to do is click the Select Folder button, and make sure you have this set to your Hard drive. Your E:\ drive is most likely one of your CD-R/CD-Rom Drives, and this is the reason it won't allow it to create the file.
