Kinda seemed to make sense at first...an Emergency Ticket I opened is still unviewed. Before Thanksgiving (yes, 3 weeks ago) a computer crashed. Needed registration code released etc. Dec 13 and still waiting lol. So it was easy to believe nobody was there. Guess I just fell through the cracks.
Have you tried installing again to see if it's reset ?

Yep. Tried reinstalling a few times. Gave me the reply that it was already installed and to remove it if I could or to submit an Emergency Help Ticket if I couldn't. Unfortunately, I couldn't. I had a Seagate Hard Drive (just barely over a year old) crash. Was clicking and not easily recoverable. Learned my lesson to not just back up files, but to "image" the entire drive (I'm using Acronis now). Everything was previously backing up to a partition on the drive. But with the drive crashing, the partition was useless.

Backing up just the files does no good if you don't have the software or various drivers, etc.

Anyway, hoping for sometime today since my gig is tonight! I haven't been completely screwed, just severely inconvenienced. I'd always counted on MTU to follow through on the Emergency Help Tickets

I'm one that installs my equipment at the venues so we can walk in with one bag. In this case, I just had to retrieve a computer from elsewhere.

This is now fixed, Tony not sure why it was not fixed sooner. Sorry about that, but as stated by others, MTU is working on alot of NEW features! We are here to stay, and are trying to make Hoster the Best out there again!

So any features you think could help your business, please let us know.

Re: Is something wrong at MTU? - Restructuring is all

All fixed. Thanks!

Wondering of it'd simplify things to consolidate registration codes? I have 3 separate Hoster Registration codes (installed on 5 desktops at my venues & my laptop). And btw, I buy 4 copies of every song to stay legit with multiple computers.

There really is no way to consolidate the Regcodes, this would turn into a real nightmare to do. So there really is no way to do this.

Glad your a truly legal customer!
