Post Kpro 4.008

I am trying to retrieve my new serial number and I am unable too. When it pulls up my Ethernet Device I have one option to select, "Intel (R) Pro/100 VE Network Connection". I click it and then hit send. Nothing happens. I then tryed saving it to disk and it still will not work. Can anyone give me some suggestions or help. Truly appreciate it.

Have you...

Read the instructions yet? If the Send button won't work, then your computer is not connected to the Internet to reach our Web site.

When you create the Floppy Disc file, the instructions tell you to take it to a computer that is connected to the Internet and double click the filename. It will then connect to our Web site to submit your MACID code so we can create your serial number.

If you have not done these things, try them. But... please read the instructions in each dialog that appears. We spent hours writing the text to try to make it clear and understandable. If you don't find it clear, please post back here where you are stumbling, I will help you, and address making those steps more clear so others won't stumble as you are.

Thanks for using our Forum and giving a clear picture of your problem.

Thank you for replying. Yes I am connected to the internet. I have cable modem through Comcast/AOL. My ethernet device is: Intel (R) Pro/100 VE Network Connection. I am running Windows XP. Do you have anyother suggestions or do you need any other details to try and help me?
