CPU usage strange. Need help.

When I run Hoster 507 on the Administator log in CPU usage is about 20%. When I run logged in as limited user CPU usage is at a constant 75 - 100%. Even when I change limited user to administrator same results. Having hoster freezing up when DJ uses Hoster logging in as user, but I was never having problem when I did show logging in as administator. Took some time to find out cause but this is what I found. Any ideas as to why. Thanks.
