I have answered the best I can what I believe are the causes of all of Gegs problems. See the Admin Notes: there.

Alan, I don't know what is wrong with your system. You might need to email Bryan and arrange a time to call so he can try to help you diagnose the problem. It sounds like something has changed from when we shipped the system. Have you installed anything else on the computer? Software or hardware?
