Re: 5.05 Merge Dupes Issue

The duplicates only changes Duplicate BookID's, if it finds Duplicate Disk Id's it will not load them.
I don't know if I am seeing a clue as to why these may be seen as duplicates but looking at the beginning of your list I notice these are from multiplex type disc's and there would be 2 tracks with the same title, one with vocal and one without. Example:
PHM1101-1 Bullets In The Gun Keith, Toby and what should be:
PHM1101-10 Bullets In The Gun Keith, Toby W/Vocal
I'm wondering if there is a conflict with your track numbering causing it to think you have a duplicate.
When you import these do you number the vocal from 1 to 9 the same as the none vocal or do you use 10-18 ?

Did they work OK in your previous version ?

Re: 5.05 Merge Dupes Issue

Studying the way Pop hits monthly number their discId's I again wonder if this is what is causing the conflict with these particular tracks.
I only have one that happens to be Vol 21103-01 which is the one with Bullets in the Gun. but on the disc also it numbers it 1101-C the C being for country. They also number their pop and urban with exactly the same #, 1101-P and 1101-U

So just wondering if you have the pop and urban versions as in your mergeSongDBlog.txt file it only shows as
DUP: PHM1101-1 Bullets In The Gun Keith, Toby
Nothing defining it as the country release.

If you look down your list you also have another 1101 for pop:
DUP: PHM1101-10 What's My Name Rihanna feat Drake
And another for urban:DUP: PHM1101-22 10 Seconds Sullivan, Jazmine
This is where your conflict is and the only way to put it right would be to re import, probably delete them first from the edit dialog but alter the disc id in some way to make it unique probably insert a C,P & U.

If you open your Tools/Edit dialog and Highlight the DiscID tab then search for PHM1101 see if it finds anything with another disc like the urban or country.

I don't know what the trouble is with your Sound Choice but again search using the Edit dialog for some of the Discid and see if you have others using the same.
