Problem playing M4V video on Hoster 5.02

I have downloaded the Hoster Lite Codecs but I still cannot play my M4V videos on my full Hoster 5.02. Also, the duration time shows up with a very high time. Please tell me how I get the codecs download to work on my Vista and my Windows 7 laptops. This is urgent !! Thank you in advance..

M4V is an Apple ITunes format and normally DRM protected. You will need to convert them to MP4 without the DRM protection to play them in Hoster.

Thank you. I'll give your suggestion a try. Are you aware of any utility that I can use to convert the files ?
