Big Machine Records Not Importing Lyrics

I have two Taylor Swift BMR CDG disks. Both Hoster and Micro Studio import the music but not the graphics. MS will play the disk, but no graphics. They are both labled CD+G #s are BTMSR0330A and BMRATS0230. Tried it on a 2nd computer with an older version of MS and Plextor CDRW drives. Still no graphics. Are they copy protected somehow or are there no graphics?? BMR doesn't say. Bob

I have a taylor swift BMR disk, it imported with no problems with whatever Hoster was current a year ago when I bought the disk.

I HAve the latest Swift disc that have no lyrics as well. Not even on my cdg player so it's not copy protection. Have heard from several others on other forums that it is not an isolated incident - they were pressed wrong, but supposedly you can find working copies. Try returning it for another copy from where you bought it from. Don't deal with Big Machine directly, their customer service sucks! I have emailed & left messages at least 5 times over the past 6 weeks, with no responses.
