it says welcome to the hoster maintenance program. before you can install you must remove the currently installed version. this was found through windows 7 under hoster3316setup

It normally has 2 radio buttons to select upgrade or remove.
The first time I would try upgrade then follow the on screen instructions. If after doing this you still can't see the import dialog then I would repeat the process but select remove. If you do remove it you will have to run this setup program a second time choosing the upgrade again. Hope this all makes sense to you. Good luck.

i dont think he knows how to import hard drive files.
he should read the manual.
