Re: importing gem files
Try and find your original installation file, depending on which version of Windows you have, for XP try this. from windows "Start" button look for the search icon and click on it and then select "All files and folders" then in the box that reads "All files and folders" Type "Hoster3" then hit the search button.
If you are using Windows 7, just enter it in the search window at the bottom and press enter. If these files are on your computer this should find them, if it finds more than one then double click on the one that Hoster321setup.exe This will start the installation process.

Re: importing gem files
it says welcome to the hoster maintenance program. before you can install you must remove the currently installed version. this was found through windows 7 under hoster3316setup

Re: importing gem files
It normally has 2 radio buttons to select upgrade or remove.
The first time I would try upgrade then follow the on screen instructions. If after doing this you still can't see the import dialog then I would repeat the process but select remove. If you do remove it you will have to run this setup program a second time choosing the upgrade again. Hope this all makes sense to you. Good luck.
