i was unconcerned about "Playing" the cd+g's on my computer, i looked strictly at the "YES" compatible indicators and went straight to start copying. I have 2 cd+g dedicated players...playing thru Micro Studio would have required trouble shooting video issues as well as drive issues. Expecting "YES" to mean YES, I asumed playback video wasn't working due to video issues and wasn't interested in wasting anytime troubleshooting that if I wasn't interested in that feature. As in all PC software, everything is a "clue"...but when the "clue" directly conflicts with specific software checks (as in "YES/NO" compatible check the demo runs) I tend to go with what the software tells me. I don't expect to waste my time troubleshooting when a vendors software performs false reporting. Wouldn't that mean if users got "NO" as compatible, that they should continue troubleshooting the hundreds of issues of PC"s hoping that the "NO" is false?
but thanks for the thought! !
