Before you consolidated these files, did you see what Book IDs were assigned to these files then ?

It looks like it has added 1111 on to the end of the book id. If you delete these KMH files it would be best to do it from the edit multiples tab then re import them but check when importing that the # shown in the next box of the Book Id Root is of a manageable size first, (no more than 4 digits). Just import a few first and check it in the edit screen or songbook before completing the rest.

After deleting all these Kmh headers, check which is the last number showing from the drop down window in the main screens book id, then your next book ID when importing should be one up from this of course ignoring the last 2 digits.
