Reply to the email response that you got with the original ticket. Let them know you have already removed Hoster from that computer. That is all you can do for now.
As far as the Chat they are only online during the day and no specific hours. If you tried after I posted an answer to you, then I know it was after hours for them.

Kindly reset my quad. Reg code. Please also read my submitted ticket(s). This is totally different from the above post. This is for my quad reg. code. Submitted ticket last Sunday nite but no response yet. Chat online was not able to help me this morning and told me to contact support. So, Now I have 2 submitted tickets. Anyone please buzz support for me.

Did you include for which computer names and what regcode in the ticket?
If you got an automatic reply use that to check the status. Should have been fixed by now if you included the above information. Unfortunately posting in here will not get a quicker response as Support doesn't normally look in here unless specifically requested.

I Included the ticket Number. I Only have duo and Quad Reg. Code. My duo was fine. My quad is the one I needed to be reset and I included the computer name. Now, on my last ticket I did not even receieved an auto response. Support haven't open my ticket. I know it won't get fixed by posting here, perhap they would noticed my post because I haven't gotten any response yet.

If you didn't get an auto response email back (sent by server not human) then the ticket didn't go through for some reason. Was this a second ticket on the same problem with the quad? If so don't send it again as the first ticket will get the job done. Depending on how many tickets they got over the weekend will determine how fast they get to yours.
If you forgot to put any of the information in the first ticket, then reply to the email you got with the additional information needed.

Thanks for my reg code reset but now I have an older one then what I had before and cant update with out paying more money. Plus with all my other problems with my laptop witch were mostly my fault now I have none of MTU programs working but Hoster and when I need to install again I need to explain why and so on and that reason is a pain on its own.Now for sure every year we will need to pay upgrade cost yes there are some good things added but should have been there in the first place like header files for zip files that all other programs use now dont really need the others except mp3+g witch are the two top types.
Have been with you for some time now but getting tired of what I need to do to keep my program running not mutch freedom or trust on your part program does a lot of things now not sure how great this is but there are many option that should please any host out there and its getting better with the header zip file option but still a lot of things to do before it works well. Not sure how long I will stay with you hope you can make things better for all if not your lose plenty of programs out there now that are not hoster but get the job done.

B) You are shown a list of the new features in the LATEST version (not inclusive from what back version you may be running). C) You are told right in the notification dialog f it is a FREE upgrade or not, and a download link to get the latest version in one click. If its not free, there will be an "Order Upgrade" button also to make it easy to upgrade. 5. We can now "back date" the "Installation Date" that determines whether you can install the LATEST version or not. If there are mostly bug fixes, we have back dated years even to insure you are happy with us. However, if we spent $10,000 to $80,000 to add new features and/or fix really difficult bugs (often not a true bug, but a final fix for a computer/Windows problem) then we may require upgrading to get the latest version. We WANT you to be running our best version without bugs. That way you are happy with us. 6. Hoster monthly updates now include significant Brand-DiscID-Track definitions to auto name your Titles and Artists when importing. We're working on a way to offer this as a web-based upgrade of only the new records you don't have already, but that takes a lot of time. For now, we are offering the Hoster+Database (as we always have) on a monthly download. You can see these at http://www.mtu.com/upgrades/hoster.htm. Quote:

Just today, a fellow gave up his Karma because they only allow you to move the software 4 times before you have to call and get them on the phone, justify their spending their time, and resetting your RegCode.
