Be sure you download again to get the later 5.00 version Installation program. You can see my changes in your Account by logging in.

I also had to do what you instructed our friend walt to do. However i figured it out on my own, without the need for support help. So should i remove my version 5.00, and go through my account and download again? or just simply reinstall over it??? I to have the wrong reg code, also the wrong email address?? Will you correct it? Should i send in a ticket to have my code changed???
Also as far as:

SUGGESTION: Don't be the first to download a new release. No matter how much testing we do, occasionally (rarely) there is a problem. Early birds experience the problem. To prevent future frustration, don't be the early bird.

#1 Everyone is gonna want to use this great software as soon as they can
