This makes no sense as to why it would not make it lockup. There has to be some file or something on your system that is causing the problem.

That may be the case but if I play a song before I try to import it never locks up. And if I don't it almost always locks up when i use the drop down boxes in the import screen. It is quirky I know but that is the way it does.
