Re-installing 4.06 is not going to change anything dealing with the database. The damage is done. I am not sure what exactly has happened but I still think she had duplicate BookIDs.
The only other thing I can think of is to delete the database files and rebuild the database from new. I would re-install 4.11 first as it did not cause this problem.

If you do this and don't rebuild then it will still be looking on F: for the files not E:. If you change out the drive to the back-up drive she will have to re-import the new files unless they have already been put on the back up.

that's what i did , she brought me her back-up drive, and i deleted the songs from her show drive and then copied the songs from her back-up , and rebuilt ,that did the trick, just in time for their show at 9pm thanks for your help/suggestions.
