Jim this could be a power issue not a Ram issue. Every card you add pulls more power from the power supply. Somewhere on the top/side of the power supply should tell you how many watts it produces. It would be something like 250, 300, 350,etc. You may need to go to a bigger power supply. (I know...... more $$)
