Hugh, start you a new folder to hold the song files after you import them. Go to the Rebuild database then delete the current folder and add the new folder. Then rebuild. This will give you a clean slate with no bookids imported and you can start importing.
When you need to do a show then go back in and rebuild the database with the current folder removing the new one. Essentially you can have several different setups. It just requires you take the time necessary to rebuild the database everytime you need to change.

thanks for the help started already and it will be so smooth not to have songs breaking up and music skipping all over the place, thanks to all for the help on the forums
