Try dragging the singers display to the TV and grab the corner to resize to just under full screen.

Funny thing is that when i go into my display settings, all I have for an option is 32 bit graphics. What else do you think could be putting such a load on the video card that makes that happen i could rectify and why would I not have the 16 bit graphics option?

Try lowering the display to 1024x768 or 640x480 if you can possible stand it (I can't)
