I will second Jim's suggestion. I had the same problem with sync on my vista machine when I double-click to fill screen. On the other hand, I remember on one of my older video cards, the reverse was true. I had to double-click and not drag the corners. Go figure.

Thanks for the back-up Mark.

i read somewhere in the manual that if you double click on the viewers screen while a song is playing, you'll get an out of sync problem..

Here it is Billy:

WARNING

DO NOT move the Show Display screen to the second display/TV during a show as it can automatically restart the video, and the audio may be out of sync! This cannot be prevented.
DO NOT Double-Click the Show Display Video View! This includes the "MTU Logo" video that plays when Hoster runs to initialize your video graphics card. Double-clicking on the Video image will cause IT to be displayed full-screen. If done, press "Alt-Esc" or "Alt-Tab" to another window, then back. When the Video completes, the full-screen window show go away naturally. If not, click the Tools menu Options command > Reset Displays button

James,
If Hoster was running when you double clicked the show display, that is probably what caused the lyrics to go out of sync. There is no reason to double click the show display while running a show so this does cause a problem.

You can move the show display while Hoster 4.05 is running and the lyrics will stay in sync. MTU was able to fix this but not the "double click while running".

Just trying to get you going.

Jim

Update

Hey James,
I just installed 4.05 on Test Machine #2 to use the second monitor (TV). I can double click on the Show Display, on the TV while a video is running and the lyrics stay in sync. The warning in the manual must be directed at vista users. This means you should not double click on or move the Show Display when Hoster is running. Again there is no need to do this during a show. Just set it and forget it.

Jim

Jim, Not trying to be a smart a but of course its a Vista User Warning, are there any XP warnings? LOL

Just Kidding around Jim, I have learned so much about Hoster from Yours and DDouglass answers. Thanks. Also I have answers to a lot of the problem that I read about (I did find that Aero problem by accident.) but before I can give a reply, You guessed it madjim or Ddouglass already answered. Keep up the good work.
