If I'm loading new CDG's and the Brand or DiscID is not listed in the Local Database I go to the Online Database I get a note saying I'm not online when I am. Why doesn't Hoster recognize that I am online?

Any help on these would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have any VCD's so I'm not much help to you there.

Have you checked your firewall progam? Is it set to alow Hoster access to your network (getting online)?
