Actually I paid 70.00 and it is a sharing network. The Computer Karaoke Guide. Is this illegal?????

I am running hoster 3.17. My operating system is windows xp. Yes when I go to import from hard drive the file just drops to the bottom and I cannot open it or nothing..The last thing I want to do is something illegal so I appreciate your imput.
