did you do all the updates from the custom in windows updates ?

am doing another complete restore to out of the box.... one more time and am going to download all updates again.... got to try one more time i really want this to work....

Angry Error Number:0x80040702 Decription: Failed to load DLL:_ismtu
I get this message as well. . I did a FRESH INSTALL of Vista Ultimate and I have followed all advice in this thread. I still cannot install Hoster! 3.315!

Please help me! I will no loger be able to install after the end of this month.

I think you gentlemen are running into a problem that is Vista Ultimate security related. You may need to check Microsoft's website and search for that error to find a work around. Apparently Vista is so locked down as to cause some programs to not be able to install with default settings.

All you have to do is click on the link and Save instead of Open the file. Then you can install at any time.

I have downloaded it. but when I go to install it after the this month will it let me with my account closed? Regardless I have hoster but am not able to install it on my Vista Ultimate Edition I even tried the 3.315. I get the _ismtu.dll error. I have done all the cleanups and evcerything suggested so far and I still have Bupkus!

I have seen this error with other software. It is often caused by a corrupted install file. If you have followed (exactly) the procedure MTU Support gave, then I would assume the source file is corrupted. Have you tried downloading it again from MTU? Also make sure you are not using any kind of download accelerator.

Yes you will still be able to install after the time period. That is set only for the download link, not the installation.

I am having the same problem with Vista Home Premium installed with a completely clean install with hard drive format. I have tried everything suggested and nothing works. I have a show coming up and if I can't fix in a couple of days I will have to go back to XP. I read on one site something about _isxxx.dll files not working on bundled installs, but if install was run unbundled it worked. MYU does not provide and undbundled file set that can be used so I can't try that.

HELP!!!! I have submitted a ticket with MTU, but it has been over 2 days and the status still says unviewed!!!!
