I would agree that most likely the problem is the cable to the TV.
Also, you might try updating the drivers from the Manufacturers website as I have seen this happen before, due to a driver issue.

I Just wanted to let everyone know that to no avail, I still have the problem. Cords are new, drivers uninstalled and redone, Dell Technician was at my house and couldn't fix it. I'm screwed!!

what video card are you using ?? I have run into this a few times. and it was the settings on the g-force card. check your settings for TV. Bob
