 aND aLl tHe eRRoRS i hAVE tO fIX iN mY sONG bOOK bEcAuSe oF tHe wAy tHe pRoGrAm iS wRIttEni can be stupid too, stupid comments get stupid replies.............i can say ONE THING, THEY DID ANSWER THE PHONE ALOT WHEN I CALLED AND NEEDED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.............AND FOR THAT I APPLAUD THEM  I did try it when it came back and it still gave me the same issues......losing the dvd drive.............and yes I finally found the issue.....in the device manager it was showing that a 3" floppy drive was on my IDE cable when there wasn't one..so I deleted it and never once had the issue of losing my dvd drive again..............so there  Last edited by MrMark; March 18th, 2006 at 11:24 PM.
