Error 7 - Contact MTU

Hoster CRITICAL MTU Help Required
Post problems you have that only MTU staff can fix

What's the point of having this forum if nobody from MTU attends it.
After 6 long years I think this is the straw that broke the camels back.
What's happening MTU ?

Error 7 - Contact MTU

Thanks gduns, Beavis and Chip for taking the time to explain, you have saved my life. I can now use the old version for the time being until someone from MTU decides to answer and rectify my error 7 message. I have two Hoster licences one for my laptop and one for my office backup machine. I can't understand why I can install the upgrade on my office pc but not my laptop.

Error 7 - Contact MTU

Just thought I'd log back onto see if MTU had bothered to reply to my error 7 problem. I don't wish to be rude but why does MTU bother to have a forum for

"Hoster CRITICAL MTU Help Required
Post problems you have that only MTU staff can fix"

if nobody's from MTU bothers to answer the threads.
