Terry,
If I'm not mistaken you also should have received download emails containing download links for the products. Why not save yourself some time and download Microstudio and Keyrite using those links ? I'll flag your post so MTU staff will know you may need a replacemend cd as well. Take care, George

Do as stated in this FAQ:http://www.mtu.com/support/faq/faq-h...llShieldError1
Search for the InstallShield folder (by default, the full path is C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield). In the search results, select the InstallShield folder, press the delete key to delete the folder. Try running the install again.
