I just got an e-mail from CAVS tech support finally answering my e-mail. They asked me what version my jukebox was on the CAVS. They said the Plextor 716UF was only compatible with version 1.0.4.24.......my version says 1.0.4.14...maybe they can fix my problem...but i still intend to try the Microstudio software from mtu...why not...i'm really getting into this thing
