Re: 2 x Computers / External HD / Hoster Error

I will keep my external HD for the KJ portion -- I have 40GB+ of DJ (Grows 1GB/month)+ the OS + other programs == as 99% of my business is DJ and the KJ portion is sporatic at best (our area has decided that KJ's are worth $50 + Drinks) We've headed into the DJ business rather quickly and profitably -- and w/ the ability to add KJ to any event by plugging in the external -- That's Wonderful!

I'm very happy w/ the external drive -- just not happy w/ how hoster handled the situation when the external drive was removed from the 'host' computer.

Regarding the 2 references -- I don't have 'duplicates' showing up -- When you choose 'build database' -- you choose which directory you are using --
If this was such a big issue, why does the program show multiple listings? I use other programs which allow downward file structures -- so everything isn't in one directory -- I haven't tried this yet w /hoster -- but this makes sense to allow things to be properly organized -- really makes it easier to manage your data ---

Also from these threads -- it appears that my point was missed early on -- I knew what I had done, and I knew how to fix it-- Just that the program should have allowed me to change the data directory instead of blowing up! Still haven't heard any real response to the program's blowing-up --
